Rostec, officially the State Corporation for Assistance to Development, Production and Export of Advanced Technology Industrial Product Rostec and formerly Rostekhnologii, is a Russian state-owned defence conglomerate headquartered in Moscow. Founded by Vladimir Putin in 2007.
