Description[ ]
According to the Deputy Director of the Georgia State Senate Research Office, Georgia’s Department of Driver’s Services uses face recognition when “requested by a law enforcement agency, including the FBI, [to search] its database on behalf of the law enforcement agency conducting a criminal investigation,” but no one outside of the Department is granted direct access to the database. 1
