"Unified Data Storage Center" (EЦХД, Единый Центр Хранения Данных) is a video surveillance system designed to increase the level of security of Moscow residents, whose users are city administration services, as well as residents of the capital. All users of the "Unified Data Storage Center" (EЦХД) get access to the archive of video recordings and to video information coming from Moscow surveillance cameras in real time. At the moment, the system has more than 160 thousand video cameras. 1
