Description

Nova.Mobil application has successfully been launched for police officers, which helps to identify someone who does not have any identification documents with him/her, by taking a picture of the person and searching that picture against the Facial Image Registry (i.e. 1:N search). As a result, a list of five candidates with reference numbers is returned. Based on the reference number, biographic data of the person of interest can be obtained.1
