Description

Officials of Aktau say about their plans to install 600 cameras with facial recognition in the city. This system would involve facial and moving vehicles recognition. These cameras are planned to be installed in public and crowded places, shopping malls, airport and train station.

В административном центре области планируется внедрение и обслуживание систем видеонаблюдения с функцией распознавания государственных номеров автотранспортных средств и людей, представляющих оперативный интерес. Об этом в ходе отчетной встречи с населением сообщил Серикбай Трумов, аким Мангистауской области. Согласно проекту, планируется установка 600 камер видеонаблюдения. - Камеры устанавливаются в общественных местах, крупных торгово-развлекательных центрах, аэропорту областного центра и на железнодорожном вокзале станции Мангистау. Видео с камер видеонаблюдения будет выводиться на пульт операторов центра оперативного управления и участковые пункты полиции, - сказал глава региона.1

At the moment of publication of the news article (February 13, 2020) 10 cameras with facial recognition were installed in the city.

В качестве пилотного проекта в 15 микрорайоне города установили камеры видеонаблюдения высокого разрешения (Full HD) и десять высокоскоростных видеокамер с функцией опознавания людей и автомобилей по государственным номерам. 1
