The current project proposes to manage and control the access of people in the area by face recognition/ID card or campus card at the main entrances and exits of the campus (east gate, northwest gate, and north gate) and realize detailed records and statistics for all the people entering and exiting. 随着智慧校园建设的发展，通过现代化、智慧化的手段实现校园主出入口区域人员进出的精细化管理，成为了现阶段高校的迫切需求。2

在传统的人行通道管理应用中，一般采用门禁刷卡进出的模式，属于非生物识别方式。由于卡片和人员身份并不是完全绑定的，因此会出现替刷卡或盗刷卡的现象；同时，刷卡的过程为近距离接触式操作，会给人们携物通行、快速通行带来不便。相较于传统门禁刷卡进出的模式，人脸识别通道管理系统在生物识别、人员进出快速通行等方面具有诸多优势，提高人员进出的速度、安全性以及便捷性。 本期项目拟在校园的主出入口（东大门、西北门、北门）实现通过人脸识别/刷身份证或校园卡的方式对区域内人员出入进行管理控制，并对所有进出人员实现详细记录与统计。2

出入口人脸抓拍管理系统是用来作为嫌疑犯侦查的一种工具，它实现了对监测区域内人员的实时监测与辨识，提取人员的人脸特征作为黑名单比对和布控、以及对嫌疑人员的身份确认、分析，以备待查。 本期项目拟在校园的主出入口建设安装人脸抓拍管理系统，系统可自动提取出监测区域内人员的人脸特征信息；可做黑名单比对和布控；对嫌疑人员的身份确认；可查询/分析嫌疑人员。2
