本次建设计划在东源县主城区和周边乡镇、农村区域的监控盲区和重点部位进行视频监控系统项目建设，织密、优化辖区内监控摄像头的部署，扩展后端平台设备，提高后端处理功能，与已建东源智慧新警务一期和社会监控资源力量进行对接，形成全县范围内全覆盖、无盲区、高效、直观的立体监控防护区域。项目建成后将集综治、公安维稳治安防范等功能于一体，进一步提升综治维稳效能、增强治安防范能力、提高县城管控水平、提升政府管理能力。1
