(一)、区级层面集中建设任务

1、结构化识别数据云存储和比对解析服务器建设:按照270路预留容量,配备扩容数据云存储,增添比对解析服务器并托管至市公安局大数据中心。 2、感知网应用安全控制和视频安全防护系统建设:依托系统对感知设备安全接入、风险监测等集中统一管理,匹配市公安局安全态势感知平台,实现自动收集日志,自动下发配置,在检测到安全事件发生时实现一键阻断。


(二)、区级层面统一建设、各乡街配合实施的任务 1、高清监控补盲建设:结合区内道路新建改造、重点部位防控、案件图侦补盲等因素需求,需新增视频监控点位24处66台,预估杆件新建18根、利旧6根,通过属地派出所机房接入公安视频网,普通、重点部位视频监控录像储存分别不少于1个月、3个月。 2、人脸识别前端建设:立足感知设备综合应用、形成中心区域信息比对轨迹闭环的考量,新增人脸识别点位170处270台,预估杆件新建133根、利旧37根,均通过公安分局机房接入公安视频网和旷世比对平台,全量场景、重点区域抓拍、人脸图片存储分别不少于6个月、1年、1年。

3、车辆卡口前端建设:立足感知设备综合应用、形成中心区域信息比对轨迹闭环的考量,新增车辆卡口50处,预估杆件新建11根、利旧29根,均通过公安分局机房接入公安视频网和市局视频平台,全量场景、重点区域抓拍、车牌图片存储分别不少于6个月、1年、1年。1
