本项目高清治安视频监控系统采取纯数字方式组建，以达到或实现：①系统具备现场监视和图像调度功能；②系统利用先进的光传输技术，采取纯数字方式组建；③前端数字图像接入主控中心并接入监控视频专网

1、前端采集：前端采用200万像素以上的高清数字摄像机采集视频图像，前端摄像机采集的高清监控视频经专用光传输网在供应商提供的存储系统中存放；

2、网络平台：将接收到的监控数字视频信号接入管理平台统一管理存储，并实现对接市公安海康监控平台；

3、录像存储：所有前端图像均存储到主控中心磁盘阵列，视频存储采用4M码流，存储时间不少于30天。

4、图像调用：视频监控专网内的所有授权电脑均可实时浏览前端图像及调用磁盘阵列中的录像。公安各级指挥中心均可以通过网络实时查看各个监控点、调阅历史资料、指挥突发事件。3
